Each month, three outstanding team members are named an employee of the month for their hard work and dedication to their team and the company. They also receive one of the coveted employee of the month parking spots just steps from the front door. This month, we’re proudly honoring Felipe Garcia, Ryan Mercado, and Charlie Bardwell.
Meet our star employees of the month below!
Felipe Garcia
Graphic Designer Felipe Garcia has been at Aronson for three months now, and while he is still finding his footing, he’s noted that he loves the fast-paced automotive environment and working with all types of vehicles. Felipe’s goals are to continue to grow in his position and within the company by furthering his skills and use his creativity to the fullest. In his spare time, Felipe loves rooting for Chicago sports, including the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks. He also enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.
Ryan Mercado
Account Coordinator Ryan Mercado has been with Aronson for two years now and enjoys the diversity of his job, stating that not every day is the same. He’s looking forward to seeing growth for the agency and continuing to work with different clients and automotive brands. Outside of work, Ryan likes to hang out with friends, family, his fiancé, and pets.
Charlie Bardwell
Senior SEM Strategist Charlie Bardwell is celebrating two years at Aronson Advertising. What he likes most about his job is being around a group of amazing people that he can openly collaborate with. He also says that his team makes coming to work everyday amazing. In the coming year, Charlie looks forward to learning new tools to help performance and watching the newest team members grow into their roles. When he’s not at work, Charlie likes to spend time with his kids. He shares an interest in the video game Fornite and YouTube with his son, while he and his daughter love watching the television show The Office.
